Nicholas Brendon, who has a recurring role on CBS hit crime drama Criminal Minds, was arrested in Venice on Tuesday. Brendon is perhaps best known for his role as Xander on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Brendon has had well-publicized issues with alcohol abuse, and he entered rehab in 2004. Law enforcement told TMZ that Tuesday's arrest stemmed from an altercation with police officers. Officers received reports of an intoxicated man and when they arrived on the scene, Brendon allegedly tried to hit the officers. He then tried to escape and was tased twice before being taken to the hospital.
Brendon was charged with felony vandalism.

LaBeouf who was arrested for DUI this past year when he a car accident that left him injured told GQ during his interview that he can not stand listening to Khloe Kardashian preach to him. Shia LaBeouf also said that he wishes that Khloe Kardashian would just shut the hell up and stop preaching to him and everyone else on how to live their lives.
Khloe Kardashian started publicly doling out DUI advice every time she was in front of the cameras on the red carpet soon after Shia LaBeouf's car accident.
'I'd be watching the news and they would play my car crash, and every once in awhile Kim Kardashian's sister would jump on tv and preach to me from the red carpet about how to live my f--king life." LaBeouf stated to GQ.

Reality television star Spencer Pratt is running from "The Hills" to fight cyber terrorism, FoxNews.com has confirmed.
Bill Beasley, president of American Defense Enterprises, a firearms training firm in Los Angeles, told FoxNews.com that he and Pratt are in the "beginning stages" of negotiations to start a cybersecurity venture.
"He's always been very patriotic," Beasley said Monday. "What you see on television is not him. He's moving out of the Hollywood portion of his life."
