Charlie Sheen's ex-girlfriend wants to testify against him in court.
Brittany Ashland - who filed a suit in 1997 alleging the 'Two and a Half Men' star attacked her - has reportedly approached Arnold Mordkin, the Pitkin County Deputy District Attorney in charge of the case againstCharlie, who is accused of assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day (25.12.09) and offered to give evidence against him, Radar Online have reported.
Charlie, 44, is expected to plead not guilty to a felony and two misdemeanor charges when he appears in court on March 15.
It was previously reported that the district attorney in charge of the case was keen to interview the actor's other ex-girlfriend Kelly Preston, as well as former wife Denise Richards.
In 1990, he accidentally shot Kelly - who is now married to John Travolta - in the arm, which led to the end of their engagement, while Denise filed a restraining order in 2006 claiming he'd threatened to kill her.
Charlie - who has 10-month-old twin sons Bob and Max with Brooke and daughters Sam, five, and Lola, four, with Denise - is currently in rehab.
Following Brittany's 1997 allegations that he grabbed her by the hair and slammed her into a marble floor, knocking her unconscious, Charlie pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery with serious injury charges and was given a suspended jail sentence.
