Ojani Noa, the ex-husband to Jennifer Lopez, is reportedly read to file a huge lawsuit against the singer and her legal team for $100 million. Read more on this story below.

Ojani Noa was planning to produce a movie that would feature home video of Jennifer Lopez and she filed a lawsuit for $10 million and received a temporary restraining order to stop the film.

Noa’s lawsuit charges Lopez, her father, lawyers as well as her business associates with interfering in his project, and for fraud.

Jennifer Lopez’s mother sold some of the home video of her daughter and Noa to a Univision for $30,000 without Noa’s permission.

Lopez and Noa married back in February 1997 and divorced a year later. They have a meeting in court on December 1, where Noa is planning to submit the home videos.

Ojani Noa’s attorney stated Friday: “I believe that I have an unalienable First Amendment right to enter the JLo home videos into the public court record, so as to defend myself. If Judge Chalfant has a problem with this, he can have me hauled out of the courtroom in handcuffs in front of the world media.”

The video footage reportedly shows Jennifer Lopez naked from the waist down on a motorcycle as well as being spanked. This footage should be quite interesting!

Kicking off her week with a leisurely stroll, Kate Winslet was spotted out and about in the West Village neighborhood of New York City this morning (November 30).

The “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” actress looked a bit chilly as she chatted with a friend, sporting a black coat/black scarf combo.

In related news, Kate was recently honored with the Best International Actress award at this year’s Bambi Awards.

She garnered the trophy for her work in “The Reader,” in which she played a German woman with a secret Nazi Past.

Susan Boyle is well on her way to 15 years and counting!

With final numbers still being tallied in the States, the Britain's Got Talent sensation broke the record for best-selling debut album by a singer in England last week.

Across the Atlantic, Boyle's album, "I Dreamed a Dream," moved 410,000 copies. It outsold new CDs from established artists such as Rihanna and Lady GaGa.

Said Simon Cowell, who produced the album and helped discover Boyle:

“I’m incredibly proud of Susan, as well as being delighted for her. The success could not not have happened to a lovelier person. She did it her way and made a dream come true... She’s amazing.”

She's also primed to conquer the music world in America. Final sales figures should be released shortly, but preliminary reports indicate "I Dreamed a Dream" will compete with Eminem's "Relapse" as the 2009 CD that sells the most copies in its first week of release.

That's incredible for a 48-year old woman no one had heard of when the year began.

Before Adam Lambert, there was Clay Aiken.

Both artists rose to fame on American Idol; both finished second to artists that are unlikely to have more successful careers than these runner-ups; and both are gay.

The latter item is utterly irrelevant, but it does give Lambert and Aiken even more in common. That, however, is where the comparisons ends.

While the former superstar flaunts his sexuality and is known for flamboyant, controversial performances, the latter has quietly carved out a productive career for himself on Broadway and on the sales charts.

Aiken turns 31 today.

Just when you think Michael Lohan could not possibly stoop any lower in his unyielding quest for attention, the proverbial bar somehow falls even further.

Still, this maneuver is unbelievably low, even by the standards of a guy who records phone calls with his famous daughter and sells them to gossip sites:

Michael Lohan threatened to commit suicide on Twitter!

Feeling sorry for himself and even more desperate than usual, M-Lo fired off the following Tweets (which have now been removed) Sunday night:

Chelsea Clinton fans can finally celebrate for real.

Months after rumors spread - and were subsequently shot down - that the former First Daughter was engaged to Marc Mezvinsky, Clinton has emailed family and friends with confirmation that she and her longtime boyfriend have agreed to marry.

ABC News obtained a copy of the following email, written by Chelsea and Marc to loved ones on Friday:

"We're sorry for the mass email but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn't get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us."

Mezvinsky and Clinton have known each other for years, ever since his parents (former U.S. congressional representatives Ed Mezvinsky and Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky) befriended former President Bill Clinton and current Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Quite the Thanksgiving weekend for the Hoff and his former wife.

David Hasselhoff is under involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. after suffering a seizure apparently spurred by a days-long bender.

Post-seizure, Hoff was hospitalized on Friday and placed on psychiatric hold under the California Welfare Institutions Code 5150, a.k.a. the Britney Spears hold.

This is only reserved for subjects considered to be a danger to themselves or others. In other words, it's not easy to pull on someone and it's not taken lightly.

Hoff will be held up to 72 hours and will undergo psychiatric observation.

The incident marks the latest slip in Hasselhoff's long battle with alcohol. There are many recent examples, such as him being bombed at the EMAs this month.
