The Spice Girls have 'raunched' up their act after bleating out a string of sexy innuendo whilst celebrating Emma Bunton's 32nd birthday on stage.

Bunton was presented with a cake and candles as her boyfriend, Jade, watched on in the front row waving birthday banners at London's 02 Arena.

But it wasn't long before Mel B and Mel C started shouting filthy jokes, stunning parents and their children.

Scary Spice, Mel B, was the first, telling Bunton to 'give it a blow job' before Sporty Spice Mel C, turned on some lesbian innuendo telling her band mate it's 'making me wanna go down.'

Brown then replied by saying she'd done too much 'Tossing the Salad' of late, audience members claimed.

One onlooker said: 'We were shocked. We couldn't believe it because there were loads of kids in the audience and their own children watching on.'

'They seemingly like a little lesbian joke between friends' said the Metro source.

However, it the took the usually crass Geri Halliwell, 35, to clean up the conversation by dedicating 'Mamma' to Bunton saying: 'This one's dedicated to Emma...a great mum, a great woman and a great friend.'
