Further evidence of nongestation: The singer is heading to Las Vegas to celebrate her birthday, jointly with Quentin Tarantino, at the Mirage tomorrow. Fergie's longtime boyfriend, Josh Duhamel, of "Vegas," will be bearing gifts. The former Black Eyed Pea and her friends will catch the Beatles-themed "Love" show first.
